Since joining the armed services I found that there is a bond closer to perfection much tighter than my actual sisters..Being part of UIS group I really underestimated what a group could do for me. Yes I’m kind, helpful, cheerful but every single time I put myself in position to uplift another the UIS was right there clapping and celebrating just as much as I. I am thankful for Detrel Howell and the amazing ladies I have grown to love. It’s not about age it’s about growth and I have grown into a woman I didn’t know I could be. The women who are apart of UIS are the best part of me and I will continue to uplift, support and I’m happy I have a platform to do so. Being a part of this sisterhood I thought I could help someone but in reality you have helped me.
