United in Sisterhood is exactly as it implies. Detrel is the creator of the page and she is amazing at pulling sisters together and providing support when it is needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a group for female veterans to unite and discuss issues and experiences in a safe space. I have made connections with so many uplifting women that I am glad to call my sisters, even though we met through a group set up for us to succeed.
